Due to the bespoke and service-based nature of our work, refunds are handled differently than for standard retail products.
Most services provided by Damon Ardalani are custom-created according to a client’s specifications and involve creative and technical work. Because of this, refunds may be limited once work has started.
Each stage of the design and production process is treated as a separate service milestone, and payments correspond to work performed at each stage.
Concept design includes the early creative stage of a project, such as:
Research
Ideation
Sketching
Initial design proposals
Before Work Has Started
If a project is cancelled before concept work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund.
After Work Has Started
Once concept design work has started:
Payments become non-refundable for work already performed
This includes sketches, concept drafts, and creative development
If a project is cancelled during this stage, you may be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.
CAD development involves translating approved concepts into technical 3D models and engineering-ready files.
These are custom digital assets created specifically for your project.
Once CAD development has begun:
Payments for this stage are non-refundable
This includes partially completed CAD models and technical drafts
Revisions
Where revisions are included in your project agreement:
Included revisions will be completed as agreed
Additional revisions may incur additional charges
3D rendering services involve the creation of photorealistic images or visualisations of the design.
Because renderings are custom digital deliverables:
Payments become non-refundable once rendering work begins
This includes draft renders and partially completed visualisations
If rendering work has started and the project is cancelled, fees for completed work remain payable.
Production includes the physical manufacturing of jewellery based on approved designs.
This may include:
Casting
Stone setting
Finishing and polishing
Material sourcing (metals, gemstones, and components)
Made-to-Order Items
All production work is made-to-order and customised to the approved design.
Once production has started, manufacturing costs are non-refundable.
