Concept Design – Initial creative development, research, sketches, and design proposals based on the client brief.
CAD Development – Creation of technical 3D models and engineering-ready files based on the approved concept design.
3D Rendering – Generation of photorealistic visualisations for presentation or review purposes.
Production – Physical manufacturing of jewellery or components using approved CAD designs.
Each stage may be provided as a separate service or as part of a combined project, depending on the client’s requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, all content available through the Services—including designs, product images, text, graphics, logos, branding, website layout, and other materials (“Content”)—is owned by or licensed to Damon Ardalani and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the “Prohibited Activities” section, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Services and download or print Content you have lawfully accessed, solely for your internal business purposes.

Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Damon Ardalani may display completed design work, renderings, or photographs of finished products for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Payments for services are generally processed via invoice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when purchasing services and to update such information where necessary so that transactions can be processed and communication maintained.
All prices are stated in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified.
We apply the statutory late payment provisions under The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Regulations 2013. Any invoice outstanding beyond 30 days may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, together with applicable statutory recovery fees.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even if payment has already been requested or received.

Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order jewellery may be non-refundable unless faulty.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than the intended use of the Services.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

Circumvent security features of the Services

You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant us the rights described above.

Concept sketches, CAD previews, and rendered images are digital representations intended for visualisation purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Damon Ardalani and any associated representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Where clients provide images, specifications, reference designs, or other materials, they confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use such materials.
Damon Ardalani shall not be responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from materials supplied by the client.
Due to the nature of jewellery manufacturing processes, small variations in weight, dimensions, gemstone placement, or finish may occur. Such variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.
Projects may proceed through multiple stages including concept design, CAD development, rendering, and production. Progression to the next stage may require client approval and/or payment for the previous stage.
We may maintain certain data that you transmit to us in connection with the Services.
While we take reasonable steps to safeguard data, you remain responsible for any information you provide.
We are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damon Ardalani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Communications conducted through the Services or via email constitute electronic communications.
You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You also agree to the use of electronic signatures and records in connection with transactions or agreements.
